Anne Perkins is the Senior Manager of Government Relations at Adobe, based out of San Francisco, California. In addition to photoshop and PDF, Adobe offers services and marketing software to both private and public institutions. Perkins manages government relations in all 50 states, working on state and local issues as governments are making the push to make their services digital.

- She double majored in philosophy and government at the College of William and Mary
- Obtained her J.D. from Catholic University of America.
- Worked in government relations and regulatory affairs with telecommunications organizations including, Federal Communications Commission, Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association, and the Wireless Infrastructure Association, and spent seven years working as a manger of government affairs at Sprint.
