Jessica Stram is the Director of Advocacy - Northeast for Target. Jessica has spent her entire career in lobbying, and has a deep background in the industry with senior-level experience working both in-house and as a contract lobbyist.

  • Jessica attended UCONN, where she earned a B.A. in political science
  • She obtained her first internship in D.C. through The Washington Center
  • She earned a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from Southern Connecticut State University
  • Jessica spent seven years at ConnCAN, working her way up from intern to Senior Director of Government Affairs
  • After that, she worked at another education reform organization, and then as a contract lobbyist for two years before landing her position with Target

Jessica recently returned from a trip to Cambodia and Malaysia with the American Council of Young Political Leaders. Learn more about the organization here.
