We spent a morning at Stateside Associates in Washington, D.C.  Stateside is basically the firm that has any and ALL the state and local government policy information that any company may need.  They have contacts and people in every state – they do issue management, track legislation in all 50 states and local municipalities, and cover a whole range of issues.  When a company needs to track issues in the states – they turn to Stateside.

Today we are speaking with Stephanie Reich, who heads up Stateside’s Local Government practice. Stephanie spent many years working in D.C., including stints for the Mayor and as Chief of Staff for the Chairperson of the D.C. Council. Stephanie not only has a Master’s in Public Policy, but a J.D. to boot.
